Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information JinkoUp ("we", "us"), a JinkoApps product available at jinkoup.com, collects when you use the service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, Microsoft or GitHub, your profile picture as provided by that service.
• Content you create: workspaces, projects, tasks, comments, labels, custom fields and other information you or your teammates add.
• Collaboration data: workspace memberships, roles, invitations (including the email addresses you invite) and task history.
• Technical data: authentication cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting providers for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To provide the service: sign you in, show your workspaces and sync changes between teammates in real time.
• To send service emails, such as sign-in links, one-time codes, password resets and workspace invitations.
• To keep JinkoUp secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content for advertising.

Who can see your data

Content in a workspace is visible to members of that workspace. Private projects are visible only to their owner and the members they choose. Workspace admins can invite and remove members.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run JinkoUp. They process data only on our behalf:

• Supabase: database, authentication and real-time updates.
• Vercel: application hosting.
• Resend: delivery of invitation and account emails.
• Google, Microsoft and GitHub: only if you choose to sign in with them. We receive your name, email and profile picture; we never receive your password.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: to keep you signed in and to remember which workspace you last used. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can edit your profile and leave workspaces at any time. To delete your account and personal data, email us at privacy@jinkoup.com from the address on your account. We close the account right away and permanently delete your login and personal data 30 days later; until then it can be restored if the request was a mistake. We email you when the deletion is scheduled and when it is complete.

Tasks and comments you added to someone else's workspace stay with that workspace and are shown as “Deleted user”. A deleted workspace loses all its projects, tasks and files. We keep billing records (invoices and payments) for as long as tax law requires, and deleted data disappears from our backups when those backups expire.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@jinkoup.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), each workspace is isolated from others, and database access is protected by row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
