Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of JinkoUp, a JinkoApps product available at jinkoup.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.

Workspaces and your content

• You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the Service.
• Workspace admins control membership and can remove members. Content in a workspace is shared with its members.
• Only invite people you have permission to contact.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights, including by uploading content you don't have rights to;
• send spam or unsolicited invitations;
• try to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access, or disrupt or probe the Service's security;
• use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content.

Availability and changes

We work to keep JinkoUp available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We will give reasonable notice before removing significant features or shutting the Service down.

Plans and payment

• JinkoUp offers paid plans, priced per workspace as shown on our website. You are only charged if a workspace admin chooses a plan.
• New workspaces get a free trial of a paid plan without a card. If an admin adds a card during checkout, the free period is extended as shown at checkout, and the first charge happens only when it ends; cancelling before then costs nothing. Each person gets one trial. When a trial ends without a plan, admins have a short grace period to choose one; after that the workspace is paused until a plan is chosen. Pausing doesn't delete your data.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude taxes where applicable.
• You can change plan or cancel at any time from Plan & billing. Plan changes are prorated. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and the workspace is then paused; we don't refund partial periods, except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, we will ask you to update your payment method. If it isn't resolved, the workspace is paused until a plan is active again.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of your plan.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JinkoApps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Keep your own copies of important information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
