Audit log

See who invited, removed or changed people, created or deleted projects, and changed workspace settings.

The audit log records important changes to your workspace: who did what, and when. Admins can always see it; members can if their role includes See the audit log.

What's recorded

  • People: invitations sent and revoked, members removed or leaving, admin/member changes and custom role changes.
  • Roles: custom roles created, edited or deleted.
  • Projects: created, deleted, and made private or public.
  • Workspace: renamed, plan changed, data exported, templates saved or deleted.
  • Developers: API tokens created or revoked, webhooks added or deleted.

Changes to individual tasks aren't in the audit log; you'll find them in each task's activity.

View, filter and download

  1. 1Open Settings. The Audit log card shows the latest 10 events.
  2. 2Click View full audit log to see everything, 50 events per page.
  3. 3Filter by action or by person.
  4. 4Click Download CSV to get the filtered entries as a spreadsheet.

Entries can't be edited or deleted from JinkoUp, so the log stays a trustworthy record.
