Figma

Add Figma designs, prototypes and FigJam boards to tasks and preview them live.

Paste a Figma link into a task and the design appears right in the task, live: zoom, pan and click through prototypes without leaving JinkoUp. There's nothing to set up.

  1. 1In Figma, click Share → Copy link (or copy the address from your browser).
  2. 2Open the task in JinkoUp. Under Linked files, click + and paste the link.
  3. 3Click Add. The preview opens below the link.

Works with design files, prototypes, FigJam boards and Slides. A link to a specific frame (with node-id) opens on that frame.

Working with designs

  • Click a design's name to show or hide its preview. Only one preview is open at a time, so tasks stay fast.
  • Click the ↗ icon to open the file in Figma.
  • Click × to remove the link from the task (the Figma file isn't changed).
  • Adding or removing a design shows in the task's activity, and in Slack, Teams and webhooks like other task updates.

Who can see the preview

The preview shows exactly what each person can open in Figma. Files shared with Anyone with the link show for everyone. For private files, teammates see the preview once they're signed in to Figma in the same browser with access to the file; otherwise Figma asks them to sign in.

Design changes appear in the preview straight away. There's no need to re-add the link after editing in Figma.
