Workload
See how many estimated hours each person has in each of the next four weeks, against their capacity.
Click Workload in the sidebar to see everyone in the workspace, with a column for each of the next four weeks. Each cell adds up the Estimate of that person's open tasks in that week.
How hours are counted
- A task with a start and a due date spreads its estimate evenly over the working days (Monday to Friday) in between.
- A task with only a due date counts in the week it's due.
- Completed tasks, unassigned tasks and tasks without dates aren't counted.
- Tasks without an estimate are listed in their week but add no hours.
- You only see tasks you have access to: work in private projects you aren't part of isn't shown.
Estimates
Open a task and type in Estimate, for example 90m, 1.5h, 2h 30m or 1d (8 hours). A plain number means hours.
Capacity and colours
Set Capacity (hours per week, 40 by default) at the top. It's saved in this browser only.
| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Under 80% of capacity |
| Amber | 80% to 100% of capacity |
| Red | Over capacity |
Click a cell to list the tasks behind it, then click a task to open it. Use the arrows to look at earlier or later weeks.
