Inbox and notifications
See when someone @mentions you or assigns you a task.
Your Inbox
Inbox at the top of the sidebar shows a badge with your unread count. Open it to see the latest notifications, newest first. Click one to open the task (it's marked as read), or use Mark all as read.
What notifies you
- Someone @mentions you in a comment or task description.
- Someone assigns you a task.
You're never notified about your own changes, or about tasks you can't see.
Where notifications arrive
- Your JinkoUp Inbox.
- Email, with an Open task button.
- A Slack direct message, if your workspace has connected Slack and your Slack email matches.
Want to know when anything changes in a project? Connect the project to a Slack or Microsoft Teams channel, or set up a webhook.
