On this page
Teams is set up per project, from the T button in the project header. Only the project owner or a workspace admin can change it.
Step 1: Post project updates to a channel
- 1In the Teams channel, click ⋯ → Workflows and choose Post to a channel when a webhook request is received. Finish the steps.
- 2Copy the URL Teams gives you.
- 3In JinkoUp, open the project's T panel, paste the URL and click Connect. A “connected” card appears in the channel.
From then on, JinkoUp posts cards with an Open in JinkoUp button when tasks are created, completed, reopened, assigned, moved, rescheduled, commented on, get attachments, or have pull requests linked. Stop turns it off.
Step 2: Create tasks with @JinkoUp
- 1In Teams, open the team's ⋯ → Manage team → Apps → Create an outgoing webhook.
- 2Name it JinkoUp and paste the callback URL shown in step 2 of the JinkoUp panel (use the copy button).
- 3Teams shows a security token. Paste it into Security token from Teams in JinkoUp and click Save.

@JinkoUp help | Shows what you can do. |
Tasks created from Teams are created as the person who saved the security token (noting who asked in Teams). If that person leaves the workspace, someone needs to reconnect step 2.
