Workspaces

Create, switch and rename workspaces, and understand what belongs to each one.

A workspace is your team's home in JinkoUp. Projects, tasks, members, integrations and billing all belong to one workspace, and workspaces are fully separate from each other.

Switch workspaces

  1. 1Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar.
  2. 2Pick a workspace from the WORKSPACES list (the current one has a check mark).

JinkoUp remembers the workspace you last used.

Create a new workspace

  1. 1Open the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar.
  2. 2Type a name in New workspace name, Enter and press Enter.
  3. 3You become its admin and can start inviting people.

Rename a workspace

Admins can rename it in Settings → Workspace → Workspace name. The change saves when you click away.

Your profile

In Settings → Your profile you can change your display Name (up to 80 characters). Your email is the one you sign in with.

Using JinkoUp for different clients or companies? Create a workspace for each one; nothing is shared between them.
