Calendar feeds: Google, Outlook and Apple Calendar
Show your JinkoUp due dates in your own calendar, always in sync.
Subscribe once and tasks with due dates appear as all-day events in your calendar, updating automatically.
Choose what to subscribe to
- Your tasks: in My Work, click Add to calendar.
- A whole project: in the project's Calendar view, click Subscribe.
Add it to your calendar
| Calendar | What to do |
|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Click Google and confirm in Google Calendar. |
| Outlook (web / Microsoft 365) | Click Outlook and confirm. |
| Apple Calendar, Outlook desktop and others | Click Apple / desktop, or copy the link and use your app's “subscribe to calendar” option. |
Options
- Include completed tasks: completed tasks show with a ✓.
- Reset link: makes a new private link; calendars using the old one stop updating.
- Turn off: stops the feed entirely.
Good to know
- Events cover from 60 days ago to about 18 months ahead, and include the project, stage, owner, priority and a link back to the task.
- Google Calendar refreshes subscriptions every few hours, so changes can take a while to appear there.
- The feed follows your access, and stops working if you leave the workspace.
Keep the link private: anyone who has it can see those tasks. If it leaks, click Reset link.
