Sign in, passwords and your profile
Sign in with Google, Microsoft, GitHub, an email link or a password, and reset a forgotten password.
Ways to sign in
- Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft or Continue with GitHub.
- Email link or code: enter your email and click Email me a sign-in link. Click the link, or type the 6-digit code from the email. No password needed.
- Password: your email and password (8+ characters).
An email link only works in the browser where you asked for it. Signing in on another device? Type the 6-digit code from the same email instead. No email? Check spam, then click Resend code (once a minute); only the newest code works.
Forgot your password?
- 1On the sign-in page choose Password → Forgot your password?
- 2Enter your email and click Send reset link.
- 3Open the email, choose a new password and click Save password.
Sign-in links and codes expire after an hour. If yours expired, just request a new one.
Your profile
Change your display name in Settings → Your profile. If you signed in with Google, Microsoft or GitHub, your name and photo come from that account.
Sign out
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Sign out.
Close your account
Contact support from the email you use for JinkoUp and we'll delete your account and data.
