Stages (sections)
Add, rename and remove the stages your tasks move through.
Stages are the steps your work moves through, such as To do, In progress, Review and Done. They're the groups in Table view and the columns on the Board.
Add a stage
Click Add stage at the bottom of the Table, or the dashed Add stage column at the end of the Board. New stages are added at the end.
Rename a stage
Click the stage name in Table or Board view, type the new name and press Enter.
Delete a stage
In Table view, hover over the stage and click the trash icon (Delete stage). Its tasks move to the first remaining stage. A project always keeps at least one stage.
Move tasks between stages
Drag a card between columns on the Board, drag a row in the Table, or change Stage in the task panel.
Name a stage “Done” (or Complete, Shipped, Released) and the Board highlights it as the finishing column.
