Saved views
Save a project's layout, filters, sort and hidden columns as a named view, just for you or for everyone on the project.
On this page
If you keep setting up the same filters, save them as a view. Views sit in the slim bar under the project header, next to All tasks.
Save a view
- 1Set the project up the way you like: pick the layout (Table, Board, Calendar, Timeline or Dashboard), filters and sort, and hide any Table columns you don't need (column menu → Hide column).
- 2Click Save view in the views bar.
- 3Give it a name and choose Everyone (all people who can see the project) or Only me.
- 4Click Save.
Use a view
- Click a view to open it. Its layout, filters, sort and hidden columns are applied.
- The address changes to include the view, so you can copy the link and send it to a teammate.
- Switching layout tabs keeps you in the view.
- All tasks goes back to everything, with no filters.
Change a view
When you change filters inside a view, a dot appears on it. Click Save changes to update the view, or Reset to go back to how it was saved. Open a view and use the arrow beside its name to rename or share it, update it with the current filters, move it left or right, or delete it.
Only the person who saved a view, the project owner or a workspace admin can change or delete it. Personal views are never shown to anyone else.
